Payment Policy
Our prices are subject to change without notice. You may pay by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also will accept a cashiers check or money order payable in US Dollars. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. If you prefer not to give your credit card information online, you can fax your credit card number to 213-489-1755 to place your order.

Secure Shipping Policy
Olympics Jewelry is committed to protecting our customers' personal information. To be sure that your order is secure, simply check your Web browser while you are in the ordering section. Most of them use some sort of symbol to alert you to the fact that you are on a secured Web site. For example, Netscape uses a padlock in the bottom left hand corner that is open if the site is not secured an appears locked when the site is secured.

Shipping Policy
We will be shipping your order with either FEDEX or UPS. To insure that you purchase is protected from theft, Olympics requires insurance for every purchase sent from our store. The cost for shipping your order is as follows:

2nd Day FEDEX is $35.00 (this includes insurance)

FEDEX Next Day is $50.00 (this includes insurance)

2nd Day UPS is $35.00 (this includes insurance)

UPS Next Day is $50.00 (this includes insurance)

Return Policy
Olympics Jewelry believes that no purchase is complete unless you are satisfied. Our products are of highest quality and we are confident of upon receipt of your merchandise that you will find it will match your order perfectly. However, if you decided not to keep your merchandise you can return it to us within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable). Please note that all special orders are not refundable.

So we can process your return request as quickly as possible, you must contact Olympics Jewelry via e-mail at info@e-diamondsandjewelry.com or fax us at 213 489-1755 to receive a confirmation code. One of our customer service representatives will contact you with a Refund Approval (RA) code via e-mail prior to shipping any merchandise back to us, print the code on the lower right hand corner. Return items will not be processed without a confirmation RA# code.

Return the package by insured registered mail. Insure the package for the full amount of the invoice, including shipping. This is the safest way to ship high value items.

Ship by UPS or FedEx or any other method, make sure the merchandise is insured for its full value.

Please retain your portion of the receipt and enclose the return portion with your item. Please make sure that the return address is the only one showing on the front of the package and the RA# code is on the lower right hand corner.

Please do not write Olympics Jewelry or any other identification that there is jewelry inside the package, this is to protect the package from possible theft. Olympics Jewelry will not be responsible for return shipping losses.

Items must be returned in the same conditions as they were sent. We can only process your request after a DCA, and independent appraiser inspects the return item and verifies its condition. The original tag must still be on the item and be undamaged and unused.

Please note we will refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.
