What are your showroom hours?
Our showroom is open Monday-Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm PST.

How long will it take to receive my jewelry order?
Your order will be finished within 10 business days from the date that you placed your order. Custom jewelry will take approximately 20 business days to complete.

Can I check the status of my online order?
You may check the status of your online order by either contacting us at (213) 489-4485 or by email at info@e-diamondsandjewelry.com

How will my order be shipped?
Please see our page entitled "Policy" and look under the Shipping Policy.

Can I ship my order to an International location?
Yes, we are able to ship to International addresses. Please call our showroom to get specific shipping and handling rates.

How do I get an item repaired?
Olympics Jewelry would be happy to repair any item of jewelry purchased either through our website or at our showroom for you at a minimal cost. You may either send us the item to be repaired or you can stop by our showroom and we can repair it for you.

Can I get an appraisal for my jewelry?
Absolutely. We would be happy to provide an appraisal for your jewelry on site.

What is the difference between platinum and white gold?
Platinum is a pure metal that is naturally white in color and is stronger and more durable that white gold. It is also more rare and thus more valuable. White gold is pure gold that has been mixed with alloys to make it appear white. White gold does not scratch as easily as platinum.
